Delivery Terms
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends/bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary slightly during peak seasons or due to courier delays.

Tracking Your Order

Returns & Refunds Policy

- Items returned after 30 days from the date of delivery.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 7 working days.
- Refunds are made to your original payment method.
- We do not refund original shipping charges (if any) unless the product was faulty or sent in error.
